House music...

The language understood by all.
It's early roots were in late 1970's,
Chicago and New York gay clubs.
By 1986 the UK was dancing to the new
pumping sound of 'Jacking' House music.

By 2012 House music has transcended
all barriers and is now the Global sound.
In many ways the House music scene
has never been stronger.

Although many of the early pioneers
have either given up producing/DJing,
or have long since past away. Their
legacy lives on and I have a feeling that,
that catchy 4/4 and hi-hat will be
rocking dance floors til the end...
